I need help

I have a bad back which has so far required two surgeries. I have a wife, two children and a third on the way. I have not been able to work since Jan of 2000 and am on a very limited budget. I have trouble making my utility payments and my car is in rough shape, I am in desperate need of a better vehicle, but, cannot afford one. Can someone help me please?
